How We Get Your Refund
We have a process at Rapid Refund Recovery for getting your refund from Fed Ex or UPS quickly and easily. All you’ll need to do, after filling out the initial paperwork, is to send us your air waybill or freight bill each week, and we’ll do the rest. You’ll get a report back quickly, and if you qualify, will be getting your Fed Ex or UPS refund back fast. When you contract with us, and send us your air waybill or freight bill, this is what happens:
- Rapid Refund Recovery generates a report of what the company is owed based on the information in the air waybill or freight bill.
- We then give the report back to the company, which tells them whether they are entitled to a refund or not.
- If they are entitled to a refund, it is then up to the company to decide if they are going to file the claim with Fed Ex or UPS on their own, or if they want to continue to contract with us, and we will also fax the claim, in writing, to Fed Ex or UPS.
- Your claim will be processed by Fed Ex or UPS and your company with either be credited the amount of the refund to be used the next time you work with that mail service, or you will be refunded by check.
